The facility is a Category B Male prison that focusses on providing a safe and supportive environment to promote the rehabilitation and reintegration of offenders back into society. The team's aim is to create an environment in which staff and prisoners feel safe at all times. Role Responsibilities - Manage and maintain administrative systems and processes. - Work effective with various digital tools and platforms including Microsoft and cloud-based applications. - Produce accurate data, documentation and reports. - Work with internal and external stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with data protection and organisational policies. - You will need to have excellent organisational, time-management and communication skills with the ability to adapt to new platforms and processes. Skills, Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need to: Hold or be willing to gain qualifications at level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy within agreed timescales. Hold or be willing to work towards a Level 2 qualification related to ICT or Business Administration or relevant industrial experience and skills. Deliver effective and efficient administration within a busy office environment. Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based data recording systems.
