We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious and well-established manufacturer of health & beauty products.
Due to their continued growth, development and demand they are seeking to employ a Buyer for their Thetford site to start as soon as possible.
Working Hours
Flexibility offered for the right candidate, with potential possibility of hybrid working once settled in.
Duties Will Include
1. Supporting the buying team
2. Building and managing relationships with suppliers
3. Negotiating, placing, and expediting orders with suppliers
4. Liaising heavily with various stakeholders, both internal and external
5. Being an active participant in the cross functional team to continually drive process and procedural improvements
6. Monitoring order prices against standard with an objective to improve costs
7. Generate reporting to give business visibility of category performance
Salary
£30,000 - £40,000 per annum
