Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and lead front-of-house staff, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
* Oversee the daily running of the restaurant and bar, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and organization.
* Manage customer expectations, handling queries and resolving any issues promptly.
* Ensure the quality of food and drinks served meets company standards.
* Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed for both the restaurant and bar.
* Implement and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Assist in training and motivating team members, providing guidance and support.
* Work closely with the management team to drive sales, promotions, and customer satisfaction.
* Cellar management, ordering and line cleaning.
* Create a positive, friendly, and customer-focused environment.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant or hospitality industry (preferably in a bar and/or pizza restaurant).
* A passion for food, drink, and exceptional service.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of bar management, including drink preparation, stock control, and ordering.
* Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
* A positive, proactive, and hands-on approach to work.
