My client is looking for a Senior Credit Controller to join their rapidly growing organisation based in Inverness. Working closely with the FD, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team to ensure that the credit control function runs smoothly. Duties will include: Monitoring aged debtor reports and ensuring efficient cash collection Preparing regular reports on debtor performance and risk for senior management Reviewing and setting credit limits and payment terms in line with policy Improving and implementing effective credit control procedures and reporting Assist with month-end reporting and cash flow forecasting Supporting and developing a small team of junior staff Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams The successful candidate will: Have previous experience within a similar role Possess a driven and proactive attitude, with the aim to progress into a leadership role Have experience dealing with complex and high-volume accounts Have excellent communication, negotiation and rapport-building skills In return, the company is offering the opportunity to join an employee-owned business, with a competitive salary depending on experience, 22 days annual leave, employee discounts, excellent progression opportunities, onsite parking and more!
