Marketing & Communications Executive, Rugby
£32,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: 9.00am 5.00pm (Hybrid working 2 days remote working)
Role Objective
To support the delivery of clear, consistent, and engaging communications across allchannels, ensuring strong promotion of events, initiatives, and membership value.
The Communications Officer will play a key role in enhancing member engagement and brand visibility, contributing to the growth of the company through effective storytelling, campaign execution, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
Communications & Content Delivery
* Develop and deliver communications across digital, social, email, and print channels to promote the company activity
* Create, edit, and distribute high-quality content including newsletters, press releases, website updates, and social media posts
* Ensure all communications are aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and strategic messaging
