£14.20 – £14.70 per hour Base rate
£15.91 – £16.47 per hour (including holiday pay)
* Paid training and shadowing to help you succeed from day one
* Mileage allowance plus enhanced rates for weekends and bank holidays

💛Your Role as a Care Assistant
You will help bring comfort, independence, and companionship to our clients by:
* Motivating clients to enjoy and get the most out of their day.
* Supporting personal care needs.
* Assisting with washing and dressing
* Administering medication
* Light housekeeping duties
* Meal preparation
* Accompanying clients to appointments or social outings
Every visit you make helps someone feel valued, safe, and cared for.
✅ Requirements
* Availability for early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends
(minimum 25 hours per week)
* Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
(international or provisional licences cannot be accepted)
* Right to work in the UK
(we cannot offer sponsorship or sponsor switches)
