9. Conduct regular reviews of existing training materials and recommend updates to drive continuous improvement.
10. Assist the Training Manager in promoting training initiatives across the centre and Care & Custody, helping all staff reach their full potential.
11. Contribute to the design, development, review, and ongoing enhancement of bespoke Care & Custody learning packages, working closely with the Centre Training Manager, Regional Training Managers, and the wider Operational Training Team to ensure materials reflect current processes and policies.
12. Advocate for DCO apprenticeships in alignment with Mitie Group's apprenticeship strategy.
13. Take ownership of developing subject matter expertise in key areas such as Trauma-Informed Care, Safeguarding, Operational Processes, Information Technology, Mental Health First Aid, Social Values, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
