What you will be doing As a ServiceNow Developer, you'll be a key member of the team, helping to design, implement and troubleshoot modules, applications and code across the platform. You'll conduct code reviews, maintain detailed documentation, and integrate ServiceNow with other systems. Your responsibilities will include… Develop, Test & Troubleshoot ServiceNow applications, modules and stories in line with business requirements. Be actively engaged with colleagues needs in a technical and business setting and provide solutions for our wider teams. Conduct code reviews to maintain best practice standards in coding, integration, quality and security. Collaborate with cross-function teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems. Develop process optimisation Supporting safe implementation of solutions to production environment Guide support team and provide technical advice to the ServiceNow Manager. Engage with and support the ServiceNow platform owner to provide ideas and drive continuous improvement. Good knowledge and experience of ITSM module is essential. Qualifications in or working towards ITIL V3/V4 foundation is essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. Good knowledge of ITOM module (including CMDB) is desirable.
