About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Chef Support Team. You will provide excellent customer service to restaurant customers and colleagues, working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
What you will do:
1. Respond promptly to customer support messages via phone or email to enhance the customer experience.
2. Accurately record interactions, update account information, and generate reports.
3. Keep sensitive information and financial records confidential.
4. Follow best practices for effective communication with customers.
5. Stay updated on company policies to address issues like returns, product quality, and delivery problems, and communicate these effectively to customers.
6. Respond to customer inquiries about new products, services, promotions, or sales.
7. Meet regularly with the team lead to provide feedback and help improve customer service processes and tools.
8. Contribute to sales by increasing customer satisfaction.
9. Perform additional roles within the department as needed.
What you will need:
1. Excellent organizational skills and methodical work approach.
2. High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
