Job Description
As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and building strong client relationships within the B2B market. You’ll be speaking to a high volume of companies daily, identifying opportunities, and introducing the company’s tailored removals and relocation solutions.
This role requires a confident communicator with a professional phone manner, a drive for results, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to businesses across various industries to generate leads and secure new contracts.
* Build strong and lasting relationships with decision-makers, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries.
* Understand client requirements and promote bespoke removals solutions that meet their needs.
* Manage and update the CRM with accurate client details, call notes, and follow-ups.
* Meet and exceed agreed KPIs, including call volume, lead generation, and conversion targets.
* Work closely with the wider sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless service for new and existing clients.
* Maintain a professional and consultative approach in all client interactions.
Key Skills
* Proven telesales or B2B sales experience, ideally within a service-led industry.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate over the phone.
* Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office.
* A consultative approach, with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
