Role Description
You’ll be working with like-minded individuals in a vibrant, fast-paced environment, delivering bespoke research projects for a range of clients. We work with many leading brands including BT, Tesco, Disney, Amazon, M&S and John Lewis to name a few, and you’ll have the opportunity to work across sectors and methodologies.
We’re looking for someone who can make an immediate impact and hit the ground running. You’ll have shown good career progression to date and be hungry to keep going. Our ideal candidate would have:
* Excellent client management skills
* Breadth of project and sector experience
* Knowledge of a range of methodologies and techniques, both digital and face-to-face
* Strong analysis skills and the ability to produce complex debriefs in full, to a high standard
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work well in a team (as well as being a strong self-starter), including line managing more junior members of the team
* Excellent project management skills, ensuring that all projects run smoothly from start to finish
Qualifications
* Proven skills in project management, strategic planning, and team leadership
* Strong analytical, research, and data interpretation skills
* Deep knowledge of insight consultancy, market research, and customer engagement
* Proficiency in client relationship management and communication
* Experience with AI tools and their application in decision-making and strategy development
* Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining in-office and remote work as required
* Background in Consumer sectors is highly desirable
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related fields
* Proactive problem-solving abilities and expertise in fostering cross-functional collaboration
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
