RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Management
Go Up's SEO, AI SEO, PPC and PR campaigns are all run by in-house specialists. The Marketing Manager will liaise with those teams as an internal client, holding them accountable for strategy, delivery, and results.
Brand and Content
Improve and refresh Go Up's marketing and brand assets. Create case studies, submit for industry awards, and find new ways to promote the business.
Website and Digital
Oversee the upcoming Go Up website redesign. Maintain and grow our LinkedIn and other social channels.
Lead Generation
Outreach to potential new clients via email and LinkedIn. Re‑engage lapsed clients. Attend conferences, events and trade shows. Pitch for new work via UpWork and other relevant platforms.
Stakeholder Management
Liaise with heads of department and report directly to the Directors. Manage and delegate to the Marketing Executive in Cape Town.
REQUIREMENTS
Agency-side marketing experience is a non‑negotiable requirement. Proven track record across SEO, PPC, content, PR and outreach. Experience managing junior team members. Highly proactive and organised. Native or native‑equivalent written and spoken English. London‑based with the right to work in the UK (we are not able to sponsor visas).
Familiarity with AI SEO tools. Experience managing a website redesign. Existing network in the digital marketing or agency space.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
£54,000 to £60,000 per annum. Hybrid working: 3 days in our Old Street office (Tue‑Thu), Monday and Friday from home. 26 days holiday plus bank holidays. 50% copay on BUPA private health insurance. Weekly yoga. Free annual meditation retreat. Dog‑friendly office.
