Key Responsibilities Programming and operating lighting systems for a diverse range of live events Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting bespoke production lighting systems on-site Bringing creative problem-solving to high-pressure situations Liaising confidently with clients, venues, and sub-contractors to deliver exceptional service Supporting pre-production planning, technical preparation, and equipment maintenance Sharing your expertise and helping to grow the skills of the wider team What we’re looking for: Strong background in performance lighting design, implementation, and operation – ideally in live music or events Solid understanding of general production techniques including rigging, IT, power and data distribution Good knowledge of electrical theory and fault-finding Confident, client-facing communicator who’s happy working solo or as part of a team This is more than just a job – it’s an opportunity to be part of a creative, passionate, and supportive team where your ideas and expertise will help shape unforgettable events.
