Salary: Up to £50,000 basic + On Target Earnings £65,000 & Company car
Location: Field based with frequent travel across London, the South East and East Anglia.
We are now looking for a Regional Account Manager to join our sales team. The role is about building long‑term relationships, spotting new business opportunities early and turning conversations into sustainable commercial growth.

What you will be doing
* Selling new Volvo coaches and buses, and driving used vehicle sales from part‑exchange stock to achieve annual targets.
* Promoting the full Volvo total solutions portfolio, including support packages and finance solutions.
* Prospecting for new customers and developing existing accounts to grow business.
* Contributing to cost and credit control management to maximise profitable growth.
* Preparing financially sound proposals and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Monitoring competitor activity and identifying growth opportunities.
* Attending customer events and strengthening brand presence in your region.
Qualifications
* Experience in selling high‑value capital equipment.
* Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels, with strong presentation skills.
* Strong understanding of contractual obligations and ability to interpret agreements accurately.
* Proven success in a customer‑facing sales role.
* Confidence working with financial proposals and commercial data.
* A full UK driving licence.
* A PSV licence would be preferred but not essential.
