Are you an experienced fleet professional ready to lead at a national level?
We are hiring for a Head of Fleetto take ownership of our client's UK-wide vehicle operations, driving compliance and efficiency across the business.
?? About the Role
Youll be responsible for managing a fleet of approximately 200 vehicles (3.5T18T), working closely with operational managers across the UK to ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and in full compliance.

Midlands-based, with regular attendance at their office near Junction 26M1 (Nottingham).
?? What Youll Be Doing
Leading the management of a diverse national fleet.
1. Ensuring full compliance, including Operators Licence oversight
2. Supporting regional managers with driver and fleet compliance
3. Building strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
4. Overseeing workshops and service standards across the network
