EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant Required – Catforth (PR4)

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a Primary School in Catforth (PR4) to recruit an EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team on a full‑time basis with an immediate start. This role will be based within a ‘GOOD’ Lancashire primary school, supporting learners with additional needs across the EYFS setting.
The school are seeking a caring, patient, and proactive practitioner with experience supporting children with SEN, particularly within Early Years. The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide tailored support, implement individual learning plans, and help children access learning through play‑based and structured activities.
The ideal applicant will:
* Have experience working with children with SEN (e.g. ASD, speech and language delays, developmental delays, social/communication needs).
* Be confident supporting learning across the EYFS framework.
* Bring a positive attitude, creativity, and enthusiasm to the role.
* Be committed to helping young learners thrive both academically and emotionally.
* Act as a positive and nurturing role model for all pupils.
