Due to company growth my client based on the outskirts of Blackpool are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their team. Reporting to the Finance Manager this role will suit an AAT Qualified (or soon to be qualified) Accounts Assistant who is looking for career growth and progression.
In summary the duties will include :
* Entering invoices on to the bespoke company system
* Dealing with supplier queries
* Reconciling bank statements
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Dealing with employee expenses including reconciling company credit cards and inputting onto the system
* Producing monthly reports on company KPI's
The ideal person will be looking for an opportunity offering a good level of exposure and have at least 12 months experience in an accounts team. The ability to demonstrate strong IT and excel skills is advantageous and a good work ethic and team approach is essential.
