We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our convenience store operations. In this role you will have full control over the shop, drive performance, and ensure we deliver on our purpose of making good food joyful, accessible and affordable for everyone.

* Accountable for daily operations, ensuring safety, quality and legal compliance.
* Plan and prepare for trading activity, anticipate issues and manage changes.
* Lead Customer and Trading Managers, fostering a culture of excellent service.
* Use data and insights to inform decisions and improve performance.
* Make commercial decisions and manage operational budgets.
* Handle employee relations, including dismissals and HR policy application.
