We are offering a £35,000 Basic Salary with an OTE of £40,000!
What’s the role about?
As a Workshop Controller, you'll play a key part in making sure everything runs smoothly in our busy workshop. You’ll coordinate and assign work to our team of 9 skilled Technicians, helping to manage time, resources, and deadlines effectively—especially important in a fast-paced dealership like ours.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
* Has experience in a workshop or senior technician role (essential)
* Can stay organised under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
* Communicates clearly and confidently with team members
* Can lead by example and help keep productivity high
* Holds a full, valid UK driving licence
