We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant ready to step into a full-time, long-term role starting after the Easter break. Whether you love working 1:1, supporting small groups, or helping the class teacher bring lessons to life, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career while making a positive impact every day.
The Role:
Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities
Working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils to help them reach their full potential
Assisting with literacy, numeracy, and phonics interventions
Supporting pupils with SEN where required
Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
What We Are Looking For:
Experience working in a school, nursery, or childcare setting
A professional, reliable, and nurturing approach
Level 1, 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential
DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
