Cobalt is seeking a proactive and organised Facilities Manager to oversee the smooth day‑to‑day operation of our work and collaboration spaces. The role is focused on creating a safe, welcoming and well managed environment for colleagues, customers and visitors, with a strong emphasis on compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
Working closely with compliance and health and safety specialists in Property Services, you will ensure that all required checks are completed on time and to the correct standards. You will support all users of the space, helping to resolve issues as they arise and ensuring that services run efficiently and professionally. The role also includes coordinating the visitor reception service, managing routine and ad hoc building maintenance, overseeing relationships with contracted service providers, carrying out regular non‑technical safety checks and ensuring that the spaces are used effectively.
