As a H&M Sales AdvisorTeam Leader,you will becoaching yourteam toprovide anexceptional shopping experienceas well as supporting the managementteam, leading your store tosuccess.
Someof your responsibilitieswillinclude:
Representingthe H&M Brand positively and engaging with our customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
Supporting with commercial actions together with yourteam, to reach store goals and sales targets.
Keep informed aboutthe latest fashion trends, brands, competitors, using your knowledge to inspire and guide our customers.
Providing and receiving feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.
Securingoperational and visualexcellence through guiding and coaching your colleagues.
