Job Title: OLE Supervisor – Light Rail & Heavy Rail (OLE Systems)
Location: Midlands (UK Wide)
Contract Type: Permanent, 40 hours per week
Travel Requirements: UK-wide flexibility required, including nights, weekends, and working away from home. Opportunities to support overseas projects may be discussed at interview. Company vehicle provided for business purposes.

Role Overview
We are seeking experienced OLE Supervisors to oversee the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of OLE systems across UK-wide projects. In this role, you will play a key part in driving safety culture by identifying hazards, mitigating risks, and championing our Close Call best practice reporting. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects and lead skilled teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise OLE installation and maintenance activities ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Identify site hazards and potential risks, driving safety culture and championing our Close Call best practice reporting.
* Manage and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and resources.
* Control tooling, equipment, and materials onsite, ensuring proper care, controlled issue, and return for full traceability.
* Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications.
* Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site issues promptly.
* Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
Requirements
* Proven experience as an OLE Supervisor in rail projects (light rail and/or heavy rail).
* Strong knowledge of OLE systems.
* Valid PTS and OLEC competencies.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and travel across the UK.
* Desirable: SMSTS, SSSTS or equivalent safety management certifications.
* Competitive salary (£55,000 – £62,000) plus overtime uplifted rates.
