We're seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven E-commerce Marketplace Growth Manager to optimise and expand our presence on Amazon, eBay, and B&Q. If you have a proven track record of increasing sales and enhancing marketplace performance, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Optimise product listings on Amazon, eBay, and B&Q to maximise visibility and sales
* Continuously monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies to stay ahead
* Identify and pursue opportunities to expand into international marketplaces
* Collaborate with internal teams to prepare products for Prime status
* Analyse sales data and customer feedback to inform listing optimisation decisions
* Manage a large portfolio of product listings with a keen eye for detail
* Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on marketplace performance
Ideal Candidate:
* 6+ years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management
* Track record of successfully launching products on international marketplaces
* Experience with FBA and Prime listings on Amazon
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to changes
* Passionate about e-commerce and staying up-to-date with industry trends
Not Suitable For:
* Those with less than 4 years of e-commerce marketplace experience
* Candidates who lack attention to detail and cannot manage a high volume of listings
* Individuals who are not comfortable with data analysis and making data-driven decisions

* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of listings
