We're looking for a dynamic and driven Telesales Executive to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for generating your own leads, building a strong prospect pipeline and converting these prospects into new clients in line with the Evri business strategy. What You'll Do
You'll proactively develop and manage a high-quality sales pipeline, ensuring all activity is accurately captured in the Evri CRM system. You'll support new clients through onboarding, making sure they have everything they need to self-serve and trade effectively within their first few weeks. Working closely with internal teams, you'll help promote new client awareness and ensure smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a personal prospect pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and volume targets.
Meet all KPIs and achieve productivity targets.
Record all sales activity via the Evri CRM system.
Onboard new clients in line with expected go-live timelines.
Ensure new clients fully understand our customer service processes and tools.
Monitor new client performance to ensure they meet expected profiles within 4 weeks.
Prepare new clients for handover within 6 weeks of trading.
Resolve escalations and account queries.
Work with local operations teams to support successful onboarding and service delivery.
What We're Looking For
Experience within a telesales or customer service role.
Experience within the parcel carrier or e-commerce marketplace.
Strong understanding of e-commerce and SME markets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Competent with Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
High levels of ownership, drive and accountability.
Creative problem-solving skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
Confident in constructively challenging a variety of stakeholders.
