What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting students in class to positively manage behaviour
* Building trusting relationships that encourage confidence and resilience
* Helping to implement personalised strategies and routines
* Working closely with teachers, mentors and pastoral teams
* Contributing to a safe, welcoming and consistent learning environment

What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 6 months experience working with children or young people
* Experience supporting children with SEN needs is highly desirable
* Someone calm, patient, proactive and resilient
* Ability to work confidently across both primary and secondary age groups
* A driver is essential due to the school’s location

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
