Please note: We are looking for someone who is available to start immediately or with a very short notice period. Youll play a key role in supporting our HR operations, with a particular focus on recruitment and onboarding.Your responsibilities will include: You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment activity across multiple teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Youll support hiring managers with recruitment planning and interview scheduling, providing guidance and structure throughout. Youll also manage the recruitment systems, making sure that job vacancies are advertised accurately and widely. A key part of your role will involve organising interviews, liaising with candidates, and taking care of all associated logistics to ensure a positive candidate experience. Additionally, you'll assist with onboarding new starters, helping to deliver a seamless and welcoming introduction to the organisation. Youll also provide administrative support for learning and development activities, contributing to the growth and engagement of our people. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in L&D activity as part of this role aswell.
