Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Swadlincote. The role involves responsibilities such as engaging in daily educational activities, supporting students' learning journeys, collaborating with team members, and contributing to overall school improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the development of an inclusive and supportive learning environment that aligns with the Trust’s values.

* Familiarity and alignment with the ethos and values of the Diocese of Coventry Multi-Academy Trust.
* Relevant professional qualifications and/or certifications in education or a related field.
* Experience in supporting or leading education initiatives or similar settings is an advantage.
