Salary: £35,390 - 35,390 per year Requirements:
* Relevant degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent experience
* Extensive experience in business intelligence, data analysis, and reporting
* Proficiency in data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills to convey complex information to diverse audiences
* Experience in managing projects and leading teams
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
* Familiarity with NHS data standards and healthcare systems
* Understanding of clinical and operational performance metrics
Responsibilities:
* Drive the provision of high-quality, timely, and accurate information for clinical and management teams
* Manage a diverse portfolio of analytical requests, project work, and service improvement support
* Handle unpredictable workloads with competing priorities in high-pressure situations
* Undertake line management responsibilities, including appraisals and coaching junior analysts
* Collaborate with team members to improve information processes and systems
* Provide specialist expertise to support Trust projects as directed by leadership
* Develop an innovative suite of BI reports and analytical tools for service improvement
* Represent the BI team in senior meetings, providing expert advice on data analysis
* Ensure the quality and accuracy of data in Trust information systems
