The Role As a SEND Learning Support Assistant, you will: Provide targeted 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs Work with students with ASD, ADHD, dyslexia and SEMH profiles Support pupils within mainstream lessons and small group settings Help adapt tasks to ensure accessibility and engagement Reinforce routines, focus and positive behaviour Liaise with teaching staff and SENCO to track progress You will support pupils across KS3 and KS4, helping them build both academic skills and confidence.
