Health & Safety Manager
An opportunity is now available for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join a rapidly expanding storage facility provider.
This is a key role in the organisation and you will co-ordinate, support and advise the business on all aspects of Health and Safety in the workplace.
The Role
* Ensuring and improving safety standards across the business
* Developing and implementing safety policies and procedures
* Conducting regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments
* Providing comprehensive safety training to employees
* Investigating and reporting incidents and accidents
* Collaborating with department heads to maintain a secure working environment
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years of recent and relevant experience in health and safety management
* NEBOSH (General Certificate) qualified or equivalent accreditation
* NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate & Fire Safety Management
* COSHH Trained
* Experience in implementing and monitoring Fire Risk Assessments
* Experience in advising on handling H&S investigations, and delivering training
* Strong knowledge of formulating, implementing, and revising H&S policies and procedures
* Up-to-date understanding of Health and Safety laws and regulations
