About The Company:
A growing independent agency known for delivering performance-driven Paid Media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon. With a focus on ecommerce and DTC brands, they combine creative and strategic expertise to hit KPIs like CPA, ROAS, and CAC. Based in London with hybrid flexibility, they're now hiring two Paid Media Executives to strengthen campaign execution across either Search or Social.
Key Responsibilities:
* Set up, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google or Meta platforms.
* Monitor performance, manage budgets, and run A/B testing.
* Support Account Managers with insights, reporting, and client communications.
* Participate in campaign analysis to identify growth opportunities.
* Stay up to date with platform updates and share learnings internally.
Essential Experience:
* 1 - 2 years' experience in Paid Media, with operational knowledge of Google or Meta Ads.
* Understanding of ecommerce/DTC campaigns and key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC).
* Confident in managing budgets and analysing campaign data.
* Highly organised with strong time management skills.
* Comfortable contributing to team discussions and fast-paced projects.
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000
