About the role:
To assist in the provision of an efficient and effective administrative/finance support service to operational and support teams.
About you:
• Competent to use Office IT packages
• Ability to take accurate notes/minutes
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good organisational skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet deadlines
What you will do:
• Tasks will include, but are not limited to the points below:
• To record, maintain and update confidential information on our case recording systems.
• To co-ordinate, attend and take notes/minutes of a range of meetings, which may include support to Children’s Social Services in respect of the safeguarding agenda, produce and distribute minutes, as required.
• To administer the imprest system.
• To process incoming and outgoing mail.
• To undertake reception and switchboard duties as required.
• To provide direct support to the Fostering service
