Duties
* Supervise and coordinate all kitchen activities, including food preparation and cooking.
* Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
* Manage food production processes to ensure efficiency and consistency in quality.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
* Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff to foster a collaborative team atmosphere.
* Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage food costs effectively.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Maintain high standards of presentation for all dishes served.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role within the restaurant industry.
