Transaction Manager required in Malton
1. Basic salary up to £32,000 with uncapped on-target annual earnings of around £45,000
2. Company Car
3. Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45 - 18:00 and Saturday 8:45 - 17:00 with a day off in the week

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Transaction Manager to join their automotive business in Malton.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, as a Transaction Manager you shall work with our client's car sales team and will be responsible for facilitating the sale of finance, insurance, warranties and additional products to our client's customers when purchasing a vehicle and support the car sales team in maximising profitability and enhancing the customer experience.
Your Responsibilities will include:
5. Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance, and insurance products to ensure compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) guidelines.
6. Provide advice and guidance around the sales process to a team of Car Sales Executives.
7. Assist in the closing of vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges.
8. Complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance.
9. Upskill the sales team by training in finance and insurance.
In order to be eligible you will ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance of Malton and have strong recent experience as a Transaction Manager or at a similar or higher level within an franchise approved car dealership. Career stability is essential for our client at this stage as well as a UK driving license with minimal points. Overall you will need to have a desire to produce results, a commitment to excellence, be able to build outstanding customer relationships, and have a genuine passion to work for our client's company and the brands they represent.
