Overview
We are excited to be recruiting to Band 6 OTs in our Frailty OT Service in NHS Forth Valley. We are currently going through a period of change in exploring how we manage frail patients across the NHS Forth Valley system including pathways between community, front door and downstream wards. We are recruiting OTs who are open to exploring their specialist OT role in frailty across these areas.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the initial assessment and treatment of our frail population which may include prevention of admission and discharge planning.

Requirements and logistics
* The successful candidate(s) will be HCPC registered as an OT and will be mobile across the geographic area of Forth Valley.
* Please note this post may involve 5/7 working and extended hours shifts to provide a service 8am-8pm service over 7 days.
* The duties of this post require the successful candidate to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme. More information on this scheme can be found at www.disclosurescotland.co.uk.
