Vacancy Details:
* Permanent
* £26,869 to £28,998 (pro-rata)
* 37 hours, Monday to Friday (core office hours)
* Midlothian Community Hospital
* Based in Midlothian
Duties & responsibilities:
* The provide high quality administrative support to Hospital Manager and their Team Leads within Midlothian Community Hospital to ensure the wards/departments run as smoothly and effectively as possible.
* To be the first point of contact to internal/external agencies and members of the public.
* To provide a reception service to Midlothian Community Hospital.
* To provide a cashiering function to Midlothian HSCP
Key requirements:
* HNC/SVQIII in Secretarial Studies/Business Administration or equivalent experience.
* Advanced keyboard skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
* Good organisational skills.
* Good working knowledge of computer software packages.
