Job Description
You will be the first point of contact for solicitors and members of the public regarding claims received. Your responsibilities include managing the Claims Capture function, undertaking administrative and data input duties, and answering telephone enquiries. You will also need to highlight serious incidents to the senior claims team for further investigation.
Essential Criteria
1. Minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent, including Maths and English
2. Or demonstrate at least 2 years relevant experience in a similar role
Additionally, you should have:
* Minimum of 1 year's clerical experience
* Previous experience in dealing with customer enquiries
* Experience using MS Office packages, including Word and Excel
Desirable Criteria
* Minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer-facing role, including dealing with customer enquiries
* Experience of third-party capture in a Motor Claims Department
