Connex Education is working with a Primary School in the St Helens area who are recruiting for a KS2 Teaching Assistant to work full- time from October 2025.
About the School
A supportive two form entry school who are seeking someone to support all classes across Y5/Y6. All staff in the school aim to provide pupils with a nurturing and engaging learning environment. They are looking for TA who is hardworking, resilient and who wants to make a difference to pupils education by supporting them. The role will entail general, small group and 1:1 SEN work.

Qualifications and requirements:
* Level 2/3 teaching assistant qualification is desirable, however those with relevant school experience, will be considered.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to adapt to different learning.
* Knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.
* Experience working with pupils with SEN desirable.
* It is essential that you have a DBS on the update service, or willing to obtain a new one through Connex.
