We are seeking experienced architects to join our team. As a Senior Architect (lead) / Associate, you will be responsible for leading architectural design and project management of large-scale complex projects. This position require strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead architectural design and project management of large-scale complex projects
* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
* Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
* Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders and team members
* Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
* Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions
Job Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications or equivalent academic qualifications in architecture
* Minimum 10 years of experience plus BOA registration preferred for Senior Architect position
* Experience in design or project management of large-scale complex projects (SGD $150 million and above)
* Familiarity with Public Projects (PSSCOC) protocol of project management
* Experience in healthcare projects highly preferred
* Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
* Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
* Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
