If so, Landmarc Support Services has the perfect opportunity for you.We're on the lookout for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Regional Team in the Wales and West Midlands Region, supporting the commercial delivery of both Core and Billable Works across the MOD Training Estate. Based at the scenic Sennybridge Camp, you'll collaborate with Commercial and Project teams to tender, scope, and manage projects that truly make a difference.What You'll Be DoingManaging commercial and financial aspects of regional projects from inception to completionSupporting project procurement strategies and contract management (including NEC3)Identifying risks and opportunities to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to high standardsActing as supply chain manager for assigned suppliersSupporting internal audits and compliance with commercial and financial processesProviding expert advice, reports, and commercial insight to internal and external stakeholdersLeading on pricing, CVRs, and documentation using robust IT systemsWhat You'll NeedHND or equivalent in a relevant disciplineProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or FM environmentsStrong knowledge of NEC contracts, cost management, procurement, and risk managementPractical understanding of Health & Safety and CDM regulationsProficiency in IT systems including MS Excel and MS ProjectAbility to travel to UK sites with occasional overnight staysWhat You'll BringStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsA proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvementExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities across geographically dispersed sitesA collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality resultsWhy Join Landmarc?At Landmarc, you'll be part of a team that supports the training and operational readiness of the UK Armed Forces.
