Salary: £28,056 - £34,492 per annum

College is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Lecturer in Sport to join the Sport & UPS faculty.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate sport professional to inspire and support learners across Further Education programmes while contributing to the continued development of sport studies within the college.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching across sport-related courses
* Support learners to achieve successful outcomes
* Act as a tutor for full-time and part-time students
* Contribute to curriculum development and practical activities
* Participate in student recruitment events and open days
* Maintain accurate student records and attendance monitoring
* Promote safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion
* Support internal verification and quality assurance processes
Essential Requirements
* Degree (BSc or equivalent) in a Sport Science related subject
* Experience within the sports industry
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to motivate and engage students
* GCSE Maths and English Language at Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent)
* Commitment to continuous professional development
* Willingness to work towards a teaching qualification if not already held
Desirable Skills & Experience
* MSc/MA or PhD in a relevant subject area
* Coaching, fitness instructing, or personal training qualifications
* Experience within FE or HE education
* Assessor or IQA qualifications
