Job Description We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in leading the kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef ready to step up or an established Senior Sous Chef seeking a new challenge in a high-quality hotel and spa environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional food standards across our restaurant, bar, private dining, weddings, and events.
