We are now looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Store and Sales Support Associate to join our team

The Role

As a Retail Store and Sales Support Associate, you will manage our retail store operations while providing outstanding sales and customer support. Given that the store is quiet most of the time, you will utilise this opportunity to engage with customers via phone, email, and chat, promoting our products and assisting with sales initiatives. Your primary goal is to ensure a positive experience for every customer, whether they visit us in-store or reach out remotely.

Responsibilities

Store Management:

* Open and close the store, ensuring security procedures are followed.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting store environment.
* Greet and assist walk-in customers, providing product information and support.

Sales and Customer Support:

* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
* Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs.
* Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
* Handle customer complaints professionally and find effective resolutions.
* Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise sales opportunities.
* Maintain accurate customer records and stay updated on product knowledge.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support sales initiatives.
* Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

* Proven experience in sales.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
* Positive and proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
