Are you an experienced immediately available HR Business Partner who thrives in fast paced, complex environments? This is a fantastic interim opportunity to join a high performing HR function during a period of organisational growth and transformation.

* Working Pattern: 2 days per week, with flexibility around project demands
You’ll work closely with senior leaders to deliver key people initiatives, driving both strategic and operational HR outcomes. From harmonising terms and conditions to shaping reward frameworks and leading organisational design projects, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling business success.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the harmonisation of Terms & Conditions across business units, ensuring consistency and clarity.
* Partner with Reward to create job banding frameworks and career pathways aligned to commercial goals
* Support organisational design and restructuring projects, managing end-to-end change and stakeholder engagement.
* Partner with senior leadership on key hiring, development, and retention initiatives.
* Deliver effective HR Business Partnering across all areas of the employee lifecycle.
* Drive leadership development, succession planning, and talent management activity.
* Support international integration projects, aligning people, culture, and processes.
* Provide data-led HR insights and recommendations to enhance performance and engagement.
About You
* You’re a commercially focused HR professional with significant experience operating as a true business partner in complex, matrixed, or global organisations. You’ll bring:
* Strong exposure to reward, job architecture, and harmonisation programmes.
* Proven experience of organisational design and transformational change.
* The confidence to work with senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
* A collaborative, hands-on approach and the ability to balance strategy with delivery.
* Experience supporting integration, M&A or cross-border initiatives (desirable).
Availability to start immediately and attend the Bristol office twice a week.
