The Role: We are looking for a Solutions Consultant with extensive expertise in UKG products. Your role will encompass every phase of software project implementation, from initial requirements analysis & configuration through to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support and the final go-live. You will be pivotal in understanding client needs, crafting detailed design documentation for UKG product configuration, and ensuring seamless integration and adoption of these systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead client consultations to gather and analyse workforce management needs.
* Create detailed design documentation for configuring UKG products to client specifications.
* Configure UKG products to meet client requirements.
* Collaborate with internal teams on additional integration and custom reporting requirements.
* Oversee the implementation process, including UAT and support during go-live.
* Provide ongoing support and guidance, ensuring successful UKG solution adoption.
Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience as a Solutions Consultant, particularly with UKG products.
* In-depth understanding of the software project lifecycle.
* Strong skills in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
* Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
* A bachelor’s degree in business, IT, HR, or a related field.
