We’re looking for a compassionate and customer-focused Customer Support Advisor to join our team in Glasgow.
You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, funeral directors, and internal teams—providing outstanding service via phone and email.
Updating funeral plan details and processing changes
Supporting the finance team with admin tasks and document preparation
Loves helping others and has a genuine passion for delivering a great customer experience
Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills
