Eventus Legal Recruitment is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded and well established law firm based in Sevenoaks, Kent. This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE who is looking to manage a broad commercial disputes caseload within a professional and supportive team. The role offers a salary of £60,000 to £75,000 depending on experience, hybrid working, a performance bonus of up to 20%, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and two days at Christmas.

Role Responsibilities
The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be based in Sevenoaks, Kent and will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of commercial disputes. The day to day responsibilities within this role include:
* Managing contractual disputes, shareholder issues, professional negligence claims, debt recovery, and property related disputes
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements, applications, and settlement agreements
* Conducting case analysis, legal research, and risk assessment
* Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and ADR processes
* Preparing cases for court hearings and liaising with counsel
* Managing disclosure, evidence preparation, and procedural deadlines
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting business development initiatives and mentoring junior team members
Person Specification
The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor in Sevenoaks, Kent will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years PQE and experience managing a commercial caseload. In addition, you will possess the following experience, skills, and attributes:
