We offer our colleagues a friendly, collaborative workplace and the chance to build a rewarding career.We are currently recruiting for a Care Coordinator to maintain and develop our extra care service Abbotswood.Core Duties & Responsibilities as Care Coordinator:Primary role is to Roster and Template care calls using an electronic systemDirect Management of the care team monitoring staff development through supervisions, appraisals, and training to assist them in delivering a high-quality serviceCreating, managing, and monitoring customer care plans, ensuring staff rotas meet service users needs and aspirationsEnsuring care assessments, care and risk planning meets best practice and customers aspirationsWork with Recruitment Team to ensure sufficient current and future staffing levelsTo provide care services to service users in an emergency, arrange emergency cover when required and cover all/ any calls reasonable where requiredTo ensure that the telephones are answered promptly, and people are spoken to in a polite and respectful mannerTo work alongside the Branch Manager ensuring that all quality standards, complaints, and comments are dealt with promptlyParticipate in the paid on-call rotaPut in place measure to comply with CQC regulations and work to achieve the best care standards possibleAs a Care Coordinator, you will be offered the following:Salary £24,000 - £26,000Company issued mobile phoneOngoing support and Professional Development20 Days Holiday plus Bank HolidaysOpportunity to work in an expanding leading home care providerWe are looking for a Care Coordinator to join us who are:100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable peopleFlexibility to cover on call to meet the needs of the business (essential)Knowledge of CQC standards and CQC Compliance (essential)Experience with Rostering care calls on an electronic systemExperience in Care Coordinating or 2 years working within Health & Social Care (preferred)Full Driving License and access to a vehicle (preferred)NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (preferred)If you have the skills and experience listed above and are interested in working for an organization that can really make a difference to peoples lives, then this could be your next role!TPBN1_UKTJ
