RSM UK Legal is growing its Legal 500 ranked employment team and is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor to drive forward our expansion plans in London. As an Employment Solicitor, you will supervise junior solicitors, manage your own caseload, and develop relationships with new and existing UK and international corporate clients. You will be based in our London, Birmingham, or Manchester office with a hybrid working schedule.
You’ll make an impact by:
1. Leading as a point of contact for employment law matters within the team.
2. Identifying and leading business development opportunities, pitching for work with new and existing clients.
3. Proactively anticipating future changes in employment law and government policy.
4. Demonstrating technical expertise through delivering premium, solutions-driven services to clients.
5. Developing future talent by supervising and mentoring junior team members.
What we are looking for:

1. Strong knowledge of UK employment law, including employment status, holiday pay, equal pay, minimum wage, due diligence, and tribunal claims.
2. Experience developing client relationships and proactively identifying issues and solutions.
3. Ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines.
4. Experience working in a team on projects and transactional matters.
5. Experience with advocacy or regulatory inspections.
